     Hello all i am having a bad day can you help me please . I just got my autel elite md802 all  systems ds and can not update , at first i have registered the tool then i tried to update found out my sd card reader on my laptop was not working . So i used my nephew`s laptop now i get a error saying can't connect to server then i went back to my laptop only to get a massage saying account name or password error please help me .

    I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my new MaxiDiag Elite MD802 All systems.  I have already registered it, and update the the Autel PC Suite Software to version 6.33 but can't update because I keep getting the message that account name or password error.  Looking for any and all help so I can please update my new MD802.
